A go-to dinner for busy nights & hungry kids
From our family to yours — this is the kind of meal we make when the kids are wild, the to-do list is long, and we still want something real and nourishing on the table. This quick one-pan meal uses our HP 4 Farm grass-fed ground beef and whatever veggies you have on hand. Fast, flexible, and always a hit.

Directions
👩🍳 Ingredients:
- 1 lb HP 4 Farm 100% grass-fed ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1–2 cups chopped veggies (carrots, zucchini, bell pepper, broccoli — whatever’s in the fridge!)
- 2 cups cooked rice or quinoa
- 2 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp ketchup (yes, trust us — kids love it)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: shredded cheese, avocado, or ranch drizzle on top
🕒 Quick Instructions:
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onion until fully cooked. Drain if needed.
- Toss in your chopped veggies and cook for 5–7 minutes until just tender.
- Stir in soy sauce, ketchup, garlic powder, and cooked rice. Mix well and heat through.
- Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve in bowls and let the kids top it how they like.
✅ Why Parents Love It:
- All in one pan = minimal dishes
- Takes 20 minutes, max
- Works with whatever’s in the fridge
- Kid-approved flavor (hello ketchup!)
- Packs easily for lunch the next day
From Our Kitchen:
This is real life food — not fancy, but full of intention and goodness. When we say “farm to table,” we mean from our busy farm kitchen to your busy kitchen. You’re doing great, parents. ❤️
